Description

Currently we ask the users to create a superuser on the fall forward database to run the import to source replica with. This was mostly done to enable the session variable SET session_replication_role = 'replica'; to disable Foreign Key checks and triggers during the import.
We have a new set of steps for Fall Back which do not require this privileged user.
We need to figure out if the same is applicable for Fall Forward and update the docs / grant permission scripts with those.
