this repository looks exactly like what I need. Do you know if there is any chance to start from a pretrained mobilenet network?

Sorry, I cannot release the model trained on my own dataset for some reasons. [https://github.com/tensorflow/models/blob/master/research/slim/nets/mobilenet_v1.md] this page may have the pretrained model you need.
