Check if all commits pushed to remote before deleting a dependency

When all changes are (or a merge is) committed in a dependency builderl will assume a clean repository and delete it with ./bin/deps.esh rm. Apart from checking if the dependency is clean it should also check if all changes have been pushed to remote.
