Being able to configure storage using DSN

**Description**  
Like a messenger transport, a mailer transport, ...
Could be great to be able to configure different storage per environment, and will ease configuration

**Example**  
- `filesystem://%kernel.project_dir%/var/batch?serializer=yokai_batch.job_execution_serializer.json`
- `dbal://default?table=null`
- ...
