HTML Escaped Characters in Emails

I was asked to post this here by the FOSDEM video team.

The title of my page has an apostrophe. When emails are sent about the video, the apostrophe becomes ' in the subject. The body text displays it correctly.

I guess the issue might be with

SReview/scripts/sreview-notify
