[Bug]: Fail to setup

after pip install researchclaw,
researchclaw init --defaults output:
Usage: researchclaw [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Try 'researchclaw --help' for help.
Error: No such option: --defaults`

And I try researchclaw init or researchclaw app, it outputs following then stuck:
