Use NMEA GST sentences to display position accuracy

Hi!

For now, Bluetooth_gnss can display the position accuracy only with U-Blox devices, and only if the needed messages are enabled manualy inside the receiver.
Other Ntrip client can use the standard GST sentences to display the accuracy.

Could it be possible to add this GST parsing feature inside Bluetooth_gnss ?

thanks, i'll try check some samples if i have but dont see in my code tests. if you have some gst line examples from your target devices, please share i'll put them in some tests.
