GenePT_gene_embedding V.S. GenePT_gene_protein_embedding

Hi,
I have a few super quick questions.

1. From the repo, it seems like GenePT_gene_embedding_ada_text.pickle contain embeddings from ChatGPT, is this correct?
2. The number of keys in GenePT_gene_embedding_ada_text.pickle is 93800 and the number of keys in NCBI_summary_of_genes.json is 33703. What causes this mismatch?
