Yew has some lints https://yew.rs/docs/concepts/html/introduction#lints
They were introduced in #1748 as part of #1334
But they have no way to opt-out #1748 (comment)

#2882 made me look a bit deeper into custom lints, and there is ongoing work for more clippy/compiler integration. I've written a small user story in rust-marker/design#28. This will probably take a while, so the faster to merge, yew internal fix is still welcome.
