Inefficient work with PQ Cache L2

We write 2 blobs. Adding the first one to the cache. On the second one, repackaging is triggered. We add the second one. It has the same offset, but a different size. Changing the cache entry. On the next iteration, asynchronous deletion is triggered. As a result, the cache is empty.
