Describe the Feature Request

I want to see ydb-go-sdk version lifecycle on my monitoring.

I think it should be a gauge sensor =ydb_go_sdk_info with tag version=vX.Y.Z

Describe Preferred Solution

Add a gauge as it's described above.

Additional context

There's a solution to show go version in prometheus
