Runner only in production

Can we deploy only Runner or make possible start first Runner for end user?

There's no standalone runner no, although it's something we want to do at some point, and there's actually already quite a bit of source code committed for this (but unfinished).

To the second part of your question, some window preferences are restored between application restarts, so you could closing the editor window, and then the next time you restart the studio only the runner window would be restored (assuming it was open before).
