FIXYL is adding nested group tags when no value provided

Seems that new version of FIXYL is now reading Data Dictionary Nested Groups and adds them to the Builder, which then adds them to the generated message with value of "0".
Previously any tag without value was omitted, not added in to the message

I don’t really understand web programming at all, but I fixed this myself in FixDefinitionParser.ts:240
