Enhancement: Allow sending additional enums and fields in messages

Currently it is not possible to specify additional values for enum type fields other than what is defined in the dictionary. It will be valuable to provide support to specify additional values to those defined in the dictionary for testing negative scenarios. 

Furthermore, a generic feature to add in a new field(tag number) and a value would also be beneficial during negative testing.
