Bug Report

I setup some specific alerts for for modifications to plugins, and posts.
I no longer need those alerts.
I deleted both the alerts, but I'm still receiving email notifications.
I deactivated, then deleted the plugin, but notifications are stil coming in.
Everytime I browse around my WordPress site, I get an alert.

It's always the same alert about a post.
That post doesn't exist

Notification error is always the same

The subject is always the same:
settings modified
"A Stream Alert was triggered on Artististsinspire Grants"

It's become extremely disrupting! Receiving alerts every 2-3 minutes.

How do I put a stop to this.
