Missing link at end of some error descriptions #692

XProc 3.1: Standard Step Library Community Group Report 30 May 2025
When the error code err:XD0064 appears in the Errors section of a step definition, and in Section 3, it is missing some link text at the end. It currently says:
It is a dynamic error if the base URI is not both absolute and valid according to .
This occurs in more than 1 step as well as section 3.
It also happens for err:XC0121 and err:XD0070.
Looking at the XML version, it seems to be related to the biblioref element in the error element.
