Feature request
Tenant-scope shared Xperts should not appear in organization user accounts, even when those users have permission to access them.
Problem
Organization users may currently see tenant-scope shared Xperts in their account views if they have access. This can be confusing because tenant-scoped shared Xperts are not organization-owned or organization-scoped items, so they should not be surfaced as part of the organization user account experience.
Expected behavior
- Organization user accounts should not list tenant-scope shared Xperts.
- This filtering should apply even when the organization user has access permissions.
- Access permissions can remain intact for direct access or tenant-level contexts, but the Xpert should be hidden from organization account lists/views.
Acceptance criteria
- Tenant-scope shared Xperts are excluded from organization user account Xpert lists/views.
- Organization-scoped or user-relevant Xperts continue to appear as before.
- Existing access control behavior is not broken; this change only affects visibility in organization user account contexts.
