Track deal clawback policies and automatically adjust rep earnings when a deal churns within the clawback window.
Motivation
Clawbacks are standard in SaaS comp plans but notoriously difficult to track manually.
Proposed Solution
Add a clawback_policy field to comp plans; monitor deal churn events; automatically generate a clawback adjustment transaction and notify the rep and manager.
