Allow users to create named custom feeds that combine multiple hashtags and/or lists into a single timeline view.
Motivation
Hashtag and list timelines are useful individually, but combining them into a curated feed is more powerful for topic-focused browsing.
Proposed Solution
A "New Feed" flow where users add hashtags and lists as sources; the feed timeline merges and deduplicates posts from all sources in reverse-chronological order.
