Issue description

is incompatible, forge version 43.3.0, mod: kotilin for forge latest, create 0.5.1j, create big cannon 5.8.2, create big cannon advanced technology 0.0.1, valkyrien skies 2.3.0 beta5, vs addition 0.0.10

Issue reproduction

is not compatible, i was ask it on CBCAT team, but they did't fix this, i really wanna play CBCAT and VS addition this two wonderful mod same time.

This is a pretty easy fix. It's because both CBC:AT and VSA Mixin the same place, with the same priority. I'm going to make a PR to fix this soon, but it may be a while till it's merged. (The VSA mixin just needs more priority).

Although I haven't tested enough if the vs mixin (at a higher priority) plays nice in game with CBC:AT
