Support multiple disks in xenserver-vm #13

Currently step_snapshot_instance.go in xenserver-vm explicitly tests for a single disk on the VM and aborts should multiple disks exist. #12 introduced support for multiple disks in xenserver-iso, and that should be extended to xenserver-vm
