Loading / continuing sessions

I guess this is more of a question, since I feel like I am missing something.

Is there a way to load previous sessions? I am using opencode, for which loadSessions is unabled (agent-shell also mentions it as one of the capabilities), however I cannot find a way to load the sessions.

Alternatively, is there a way to achieve the same with transcripts? I tried using shell-maker-restore-session-from-transcript, but it just inserts the text in the current shell. And when I then try /compact, I get: "I need to clarify something important: I don't have access to any previous conversation history with you. This appears to be the start of our conversation from my perspective."

I need to implement ACP loadSessions. I hadn't really come across many agents that supported this protocol feature until somewhat recently. I think OpenCode is prolly amongst the first ones.

Ah, ignore that. In the latest versions of agent-shell, I've tried to discourage using shell-maker transcripts (I removed the aliases) as they don't play well with agents. Works with chatgpt-shell, but not agent shell.

I've partially implemented resuming sessions, but not loading sessions (they're similar but different):

• Add acp-make-session-resume-request for session/resume support acp.el#11
• Add session/resume support for resuming previous sessions #248
