Route scheduling editor/backend has various bugs

There is a bug with the schedule editor. The parameters for the schedule were

end_day: 2
end_time: 0000-01-01T04:00:20.777Z
id: 198
route_id: 26
start_day: 2
start_time: 2019-02-04T13:00:16.625Z
and the response was 500 and the message waspq: new row for relation "route_schedules" violates check constraint "route_schedules_check".

From the combinations I've tried, if I enter 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM, I receive the error above.
But when I enter 08:00 AM to 06:59 PM the response is 200.

Would love to get this issue fixed so we can automatically enable the weekend/late night route since that is not being done currently.
