Missing space on "about" page

There is a missing space between "Email:" and the address on the about page. I'm not sure if this code is utilized elsewhere; the issue might happen on other pages as well.

It looks like a bug in the library that Elections uses to render Markdown: https://github.com/showdownjs/showdown

Putting two spaces between each colon and the addresses causes it to output one space there, which works for now. We should figure out why this is happening because it also occurs on the Handbook page and probably wherever else we use Markdown.

I should add that we're also using https://github.com/showdownjs/ng-showdown and so the issue could be in there or on our side.
