Generated project doesn't include .vscode or .wpilib directories #163

If you open a project generated by frc-characterization in vs code, it prompts you for some java settings, and if you deploy, it asks if it should deploy java or cpp. These could be avoided by exporting the files here: https://github.com/wpilibsuite/vscode-wpilib/tree/master/vscode-wpilib/resources/gradle/java
