choochoo.exe not running on bazzite

Hello, new to linux in general, windows refugee, long story short I am on bazzite and followed the instructions listed. choochoo.exe won't launch/run on steam and I am not sure why. I'd love to know what I am doing wrong to make it work. Please let me know what informations and/or logs you need if at all. Cheers.

What exactly happens when you try? :)

Well, as listed by following instructions on the github page, I downloaded choochoo.exe and added it to Steam via the "add a non-steam game to my library" function, choosing choochoo.exe. going to compatibility, I did force use Proton 9.0-4 at first (and when that didn't work tried all options in that list) and tried running it. It goes through launching very quickly, says its running for about three seconds, and then it stops running having never opened anything. In short, it won't launch/run. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but it simply isn't functioning.

Hey there, I also use Bazzite, also fresh to Linux and have experienced the same problem.. Have you guys figured out, what the problem is?
