Borehole depth

Currently, the borehole depth is defined relative to the buried depth (as done by (Cimmino and Bernier, 2014) https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ijheatmasstransfer.2013.11.037). This however is rather strange, since drilling 100m with a buried depth of 1m, gives 101m as the deepest point.

It is a good idea to change the definition of the borehole depth to be the lowest point.
