Import EED-files

Currently, it is only possible to import saved GHEtool files. It would however be useful to be able to import saved files from Earth Energy Designer into GHEtool. Since both programs, more or less, use the same input data, this convergence from EED to GHEtool should be possible.

Two functionalities will be implemented in this issue:

• Load an EED file
• Import an EED file as a new scenario (since every EED file is only one 'scenario' in GHEtool terms)
