Add configuration to project.yaml to specify used board

For future porting to different boards, we shall allow the user to explicitly specify the used boards. Based on that we shall also check:

• If there is a way to identify the used board over the repl board for validation
• If there is a way to read that information from the given base firmware. We may validate so that the configured board is compatible boards.

We are lacking some information about supported and compatible boards. Maybe we get something by checking QpyCOM or on Quectel Forums after publishing some information there.
