The preparation block for the student to log in to their VM is repeated twice, once before the primer, and again after
the primer. I feel it should be written once, after the primer.

When progressing through the exercises for csv2bufr it is unclear where one exercise ends and the next starts. I would
add sub-headings to the page to make this clearer, with meaningful titles.

The command listed to create the container and mount the volume results in an empty named volume.
docker run -it -v csv2bufr-exercises:/exercises wmoim/csv2bufr
An absolute path is needed.
