Fix/Improvement: Why Downloaded App Language Fails to Follow Spoofed Settings

​I would like to ask why the language pack of the downloaded application does not follow the spoofed settings (or: the settings I've faked/set via spoofing). I am using the nightly build 4.7.5-3da29c172(71).

My device language is not Turkish, but all the comments, descriptions/summaries, screenshots, and the downloaded applications are in Turkish (TR).
On a side note, the issue still persists even after updating to version 4.7.5-bb9debaec(71).
