e.g., null, true, false, and strings are not put in monospace font; algorithms have English phrase names rather than CamelCase algorithm names, etc.

String typesetting is already discussed. null and booleans would be done if we did #95. Algorithm names I think are up to the spec author.

I think ideally we settle on something for algorithm names too, though we'll need to appreciate that it might take a while for everyone to align.
