## Role-deactivation according to README.md does not work properly

I have tried to put the roles to false in application.properties and in the typescript File acc. to the Article in the README.md.
But the mvn clean install does not work anymore. I also tried to create those roles by myself acc. to the README.md, but
this didn't seem to work for me. Is there anyhing that I might have missed?

Can you please provide more details about your changes and your build failures? Specifically in the UI?

Also, please confirm that you are otherwise able to build and stand up a local OSMT using develop branch with no changes? Thank you
