Raising this issue again - RSD Cap Count stops at 10000+

Hello!
I would like to raise this issue again, it seems like it was not resolved but was marked as completed.
So we encountered the same issue in our OSMT instance, we uploaded 12k+ RSDs, but the number of RSDs displayed in the dashboard was only 10,000 as shown in the image below. We would like to have this fix so the accurate number of RSDs is displayed. The current behavior of the app causes confusion to us users, it made us assume that some of the RSDs were not uploaded successfully.
