Add config support

I think it would be a good idea to allow us to tweak the configs, as to change the values of some materials. For example, Dragonsteel having a base damage of 2.5 feels a bit too low. I think it would be cool of we could go to the configs, and change the base damage of some materials to fit better.

This might be good to add. It isn't simple, though. I'd need to add conditionals to the datapack data. I know how to do this, and it would be a really nice addition. I hadn't thought about it much since folks use it mostly as-is.

Also, part of the problem is that a lot of the integrations are done to intentionally match the integration mod equivalents. Overrides are just not very interesting. Mostly, people complain about the Dragonsteel stuff, even though it is actually better than what is available in IFD. If that's the only thing I don't mind just changing it in the integration and not having all the work in doing a configuration.

Thanks, that's the only thing I wanted to suggest changing. I tried looking at other IFD integrations (such as Spartain Weaponry) or Epic Knights Mod), and they have similar issues. You can tweak the base damage of Dragonsteel in the main mod, so being able to adjust the values in addons would be very nice.

Also, Dragonsteel (2.5 base damage) still does less damage than Manyullyn (3.5 base damage), so I would I can't say the Dragonsteel really feels worth using with Tinkers as is. Maybe make it stronger than Manyullyn, but require it to be smelted using blazing blood, instead of just regular lava. I'd say 4.5 feels like a good bump in power.

Oh I hadn't realised the topic of this issue was also Dragonsteel, I made another one about it; Dragonsteel really is not worth it (especially because I am playing Vanilla+ ish and have made all IFD mobs 10 times rarer and triple as strong via its configs, so its an adventure to find one rather than an encounter); Regular IFD Dragonsteel swords dealing 25 damage while even with very high upgrades TC Sword made with Dragonsteel can hardly get 14 damage.

update: I have noticed that the version used while writing this comment was one where Dragonsteel stats were a bug and have been fixed in the later versions.
