removing a deployment from go templater does not delete the deployment

I renamed a service and removed the old deployment from in.yaml.tmpl. on new deploy, the old deployment still existed

for similar reasons, it can't handle deploying immutable resources after the first deployment

There's a kubectl command for this "kubectl apply --prune --all", but it's destructive and usually not what you want to happen by default

thats reasonable. in the case of immutable resources though it will cause your deployment to fail
