Implement new store/list capability in Forever note app

Uploads listing with data CID and upload date now available in W3UI.

We could implement & test this in the Forever Note app and stop using LocalStorae to store CIDs of previous notes uploaded through the app and w3up.

This has been implemented in a branch, but not merged. Below a summary of some of the feedback from the team:

• store/list is returning the right CIDs now 🎉
• store/list is scoped to an identity (and not an account/email),
  • if you remove the identity and go through sign up again with same email address the historical data will not appear there.
  • On the bright side effect, we get “automatic” name spacing. We see only the things uploaded with the identity, so in our case only the notes ( unless of course the identity is shared)
• store/list returns the same file uploaded multiple times just as one item. Practically if I have upload 2 notes with same content, I’ll see only one in the list *
  • I think this is not necessarily a bug, in fact that’s what other apis for similar service (ie S3) do….
• Not specifically related to store/list but at the moment I don’t think we can upload metadata with the file.txt. That means if we rely on the listing we wouldn’t be able to store the title for instance. ( I workedaround that by using creation date)
• store/list ordering and dates are buggy.
• calling store/list straight after an upload don’t always return the updated list…. It seems a eventual consistency type of issue (adding a timeout helps limiting the issue)

The store/list implementation (with the above caveats) has been pushed to a branch, but for the moment we are keeping the local storage implementation because of the above and because we generally wouldn’t be relying on the storage layer (w3up store/list in this case) to get a list of our notes. Notes are application data that probably should live on the application layer.
