The Step 17 of Spec says as long as one is not null, we should set them.

However, following wpt-test expects no change in such situations.

wpt/webdriver/tests/classic/set_window_rect/set.py

Lines 197 to 202 in 2566936

def test_no_change(session, rect):
original = session.window.rect
response = set_window_rect(session, rect)
assert_success(response, original)

Why? As I checked, the original is also never "200".
