Allow setting the heading level and maybe use <h2> as the default instead of <h1>

Currently, the shadow template uses an <h1> element for the feature name. This both doesn’t seem like a good default (i.e. that probably should be reserved for the page title) and it also seems like having an attribute to configure this could be helpful.
