Bug description

The cashflow chart and outflows is displaying double the amount for transfers to loan accounts. It seems that both sides of the transfer is being summed on the home page, displaying double the amount for transfers to loan accounts.

To Reproduce

Be as specific as possible so Sure contributors can quickly reproduce the bug you're experiencing.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create/sync a transfer from a checking account to a loan account
2. Set the category as "Loan Payment" (or another category)
3. Go to the Home page
4. Cash flow should show category "Loan payment" that has double the sum from the transfer above.
5. The same should occur for Outflows

Expected behavior

What is the intended behavior that you would expect?

Only the transfer amount should be summed not both transactions.

I have deleted and recreated (0.7.2-alpha.11) and sync'd using Akahu rather than using imports and it seems this is fixed
