Add merchant from transaction

Describe the feature

I would like to be able to add in a merchant by typing, and if there is no match, or limited matches, a plus row appears that says "Add Merchant". It would then populate the wording you've already typed into the box as the new name for the merchant.

Why is this feature important?

It will allow better usability and prevent users from having to open multiple tabs.

Agree, it would also be interesting to be able to add the merchant to a transcation when importing csv transactions.
