Budget management per account

Describe the feature

Add the ability to manage budgets on a per-account basis, in addition to the current global budget view.
Specifically:

• Keep the existing global budget view as the default.
• Add a new view that allows users to set and track separate budgets for each individual bank account.
• Users should be able to switch between Global and Per Account budget views.
• This feature would be optional and enabled via app settings, so it doesn’t change the current behavior for users who prefer the global approach.

Why is this feature important?

Many users (including myself) have multiple bank accounts with very different purposes (e.g., personal checking, joint account, savings, business, etc.). Managing everything in one global budget makes it difficult to allocate realistic and meaningful budgets per account.
With per-account budgeting, users could for example:

• Set €1,500 budget on the main checking account
• Set €600 budget on the joint account
• Set €300 budget on a dedicated “fun” or savings account

This would greatly improve budget accuracy and clarity for users with multiple accounts.

Additional context, screenshots, and relevant links

This is similar to how some apps handle multi-account budgeting (e.g., YNAB with account-specific tracking, Banktivity, or pocket-based budgeting in apps like Revolut/Emma).
Use case examples:

• Main checking account → daily expenses, bills, groceries
• Joint account → household and shared expenses
• Savings account → vacations, projects, or specific goals

In the same idea, it would great to be able to see the distribution of spending per category for a specific account/credit card or group of accounts/cards similar to what is available on the home page.
