Fix minor typo in error message

When running SpArcFiRe without running source first the line:
FATAL ERROR: you forgot to run 'source ./setup.sh SPARCFIRE_REPO_DIRECTORY' from the base of the SpArcFiRe repo

But should be:
FATAL ERROR: you forgot to run 'source ./setup.bash SPARCFIRE_REPO_DIRECTORY' from the base of the SpArcFiRe repo
