Unable to obtain model weights

I'd like to use TotalSegmentator but am unable to download the weights through the python interface as strict corporate policies and proxies causes HTTP timeouts when fetching model weights. I'm also unable to download the weights on another machine and copy them to my corporate workstation due to the similar policies preventing copying from USB / etc. Would you be willing to include the weights for the default CT and MRI models in the Github Repo so they could be directly downloaded? Hey Levi,
You can download the model weights from the Releases section of the repository at the following link:
Releases: Model Weights
and use wget command to download on linux
