Add Netbox integration

Perform a lookup of the identified circuit ID against all circuits in Netbox. From there, fill/reference the circuit and notate the affective device and interface(s) for A and Z side of the circuit.

plugins are coming in netbox v2.8. It likely makes sense to see how that shakes out in make integration hopefully easier.
