Dear all,
I have two datasets collected under totally same conditions, and they are both processed to good results using warp-relion-m pipeline independently (processing folder name 250913 and 251204). My question is how to merge these two datasets in M and co-refine. I have checked warpem page, google and github discussion group. I have tried creating a new population to add source using MTools, but there is no attached species, so refinement in M is not supported.
Another problem is that these two datasets share the same tomostar name, like tomo_NavItem_100.tomostar or tomo_NavItem_101.tomostar, so I can not merge them directly. Could you please provide a tutorial or idea about how to merge datasets after independent warp-relion-m processing?
Thanks a lot!
