Question on the dimensions defined in the settings #449

I wanted some clarification on the dimensions to ensure I'm understanding this correctly. Using a K3 camera in super resolution mode, the dimensions are 11520x8184, this is binned when importing with --bin 1; thus, the dimensions are now 5760x4092. However, I have noticed in the tutorial it states the dimensions should be in unbinned pixels. So just wanted some clarification, should the dimensions put in the settings file be 11520x8148 or 5760x4092? Additionally, the tutorial also states tomograms are reconstructed with the tilt axis along Y, does that mean the dimensions should then be rotated such that it would be 4092x5760?
