Factor out $ implementation

Expose the $ implementation as a standalone module so node projects that implement their own lifecycle logic can still utilize the behaviors we are adding to Cheerio.

It may make sense to try to merge the Cheerio extensions into Cheerio itself, rather than creating another module.
