How to Install #3

Sorry I am sure this is a dumb question but how to I get the zip file of this to install the solution as is? Do I need to go through the command line stuff or can I install it as is without any changes?
I tried zipping up some folders that I thought but I am getting an import error.
The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported.
