403 Error for RSS feed URL

Describe the bug
I get 403 error for https://livinginnovations.com/feed/ but the URL can be access without any issue via browser. When I look at the firewall logs, I do not see any blocking requests for this URL

URL that triggered the bug: https://livinginnovations.com/feed/

Expected behavior
The feed should validate.

Additional context
The feed at https://livinginnovations.com/feed/ should be sowing as valid vs. 403 error.
